According to Winnie Byanyima, the wife of Dr. Kizza Besigye, the Archbishop informed her that he received a call from H.E Yoweri Museveni requesting him to postpone the Mass after getting information suggesting it could turn political.
She says the President asked the Archbishop to wait for his feedback, adding that if it is established that "Besigye's Mass" is not political, it will be cleared to proceed.
