Minister of Youth and Children Affairs Hon Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi and his passengers have survived an accident in Kagadi while heading to Fort Portal in in the Tooro Kingdom to attend the Youth Conference.

According to Minister Balaam, their vehicle hit an unidentified booda booda driver and killed him!

It is understood that the driver of the booda booda entered the road once and the driver could no longer save him.
